After watching and talking about Melancholia I’ve made a goal to watch 20 movies before November. (If anyone would like to join me and make their own movie list that would be cool!) The challenge is that I’m going to try and take screenshots of each movie and talk about them. (What I was supposed to be doing after I watched movies anyways for this tumblr.) The goal isn’t too adventurous, but I wanted something light that I could achieve. To make things easier I’ve made a list to refer to, but so far I’ve watched 8 movies before I made the list (some of them are from the end of September, but oh well.) I’ve just finished movie 9, which is Cold Prey. A lot of these are movies that are long overdue, such as Videdrome, the original Funny Games, I Stand Alone, the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, etc. Here is the list (I’m not watching them in any particular order.):

I like to give myself movie goals every so often, the last one I had and completed was “Try to reach movie 300 before the summer.” (But this was starting off from movie 255, or so.) I keep a WordPad document where I write down all of the movies I watch, and I talk about it and such. I’ve left out certain movies like… a lot of Disney movies, or things that are from my past that I didn’t feel like mentioning, or didn’t feel it was worth it, so the number is a bit below what I’ve actually seen, but a good enough representation of it. The movies pictured are: Persona, Cemetery Man, Werckmeister Harmonies, and Bad Boy Bubby.
